赵杰，男，教授，博士研究生导师。大连医科大学副校长，神经退行性疾病药物研发国家地方联合工程中心主任、辽宁省防治老年神经退行性病天然产物工程技术研究中心主任、辽宁省抗老年神经退行性疾病天然产物工程实验室主任。国务院特殊津贴获得者，辽宁省特聘教授，大连市优秀专家。长期从事癫痫、神经退行性疾病的发病机制和防治策略研究，多次获国家自然科学基金资助并获得国家科技部新药创制重大专项课题。研究成果获中华医学科技三等奖1项，辽宁省政府科技进步二等奖6项、三等奖2项，国内外发表论文百余篇。
