    There isn’t a precise time of arrival, but please let know when you are planning to arrive.

  • Is the price per room or per person?
    Prices are per room.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Breakfast is included in the price. The breakfast is continental with coffee, tea, milk, home made cake etc.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    Yes.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes.No credit cards.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English, German and French.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    Rooms are on the first floor. No there isn’t a lift.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    All the rooms are quiet and have the view on the garden.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    All linens and towels are supplied by the property.
  • Do the rooms have a terrace/courtyard?
    Yes.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    No.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
    No.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    No.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

    There is a public swimming pool in San Floriano and it is open during summer.

    There is  private  parking .
  • Where can we rent a car?
    In Verona, or at the airport.
  • Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
    Yes, in Domegliara or Sant’Ambrogio.
  • Are there vineyards nearby?
    Yes.
  • How far is Verona, Mantova, Venice from the Property?
    Verona is 10 kms, Mantova 30 kms, Venice is 110 kms.
  • Which is the nearest village or town?
    Domegliara, Sant’Ambrogio and Verona (10 kms).
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Verona Catullo airport.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    The nearest bus-stop is at 20 metres from the B&B.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    The nearest Railway Station is "Domegliara" in Valpolicella at 2 m. from the b&b.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Yes.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No.
