date as guarantee of your arrival. If you do not wish to leave the credit
card number by web/e-mail you'll be able to send it via FAX.
The final total amount is due to the hotel/property at
check-in or check-out time.
Reservations,
Modification and Cancellation Requests
Once the reservation is confirmed, any
modification or cancellation request must be made through Gardayou.
Modification or Cancellation requests will only be considered valid if
made trough Gardayou at e.mail: after-book@gardayou.com.
Always mention your reservation number (which will be released to you
via e-mail).
Liability &
Contract
Gardayou acts only as a property owner's supplier for
reservation purposes and assumes no liability for accommodation
arrangements and will not be held responsible for actions or omissions
or troubles of the accommodation providers.
Gardayou is not part and is not involved
into the contract between guest and accommodation provider or hotel
owner.
