-        Check the availability: check if Hotel Monaco has an availability for your need. (You may also ask us specific and further information.).

-        Reserve online now: reserve a stay at Hotel Monaco.

-        Send an e-mail: if you prefer sending us an e-mail, we’ll set all the details for you.

Daily rates per room/day: (*)

(*) rates include all taxes (IVA) and will be charged in EUR, and are considered per day per room.

(**) depends upon the season (Vinitaly and Samoter are maximum rates)

(**) The final total amount is due to the hotel/property at check-in or check-out time. If you do not wish to leave the credit card number by web/e-mail you'll be able to send it via FAX. If you do not wish to give your credit card number (maximum security) you have the option of paying a 10% advance to Gardayou.com trough Paypal. Using Paypal your credit card number is not stored anywhere in Gardayou or the Hotel, it is only used by Paypal for the transaction. Gardayou will proceed to transfer the amount to the hotel owner for a 10 € transaction cost.

Reservations, Modification and Cancellation Requests

Once the reservation is confirmed, the hotel will issue a voucher. This voucher must be printed and shown upon arrival. 
Once the reservation is confirmed, any modification or cancellation request must be made through Gardayou. Modification or Cancellation requests will only be considered valid if made trough Gardayou at e.mail: after-book@gardayou.com. Always mention your reservation number (which will be released to you via e-mail).

Liability & Contract

Gardayou acts only as a property owner's supplier for reservation purposes and assumes no liability for accommodation arrangements and will not be held responsible for actions or omissions or troubles of the accommodation providers.

Gardayou is not part and is not involved into the contract between guest and accommodation provider or hotel owner.
