The Hotel Benacus shall ask your credit card number and expiry
date as guarantee of your arrival.If you do not wish to leave the credit
card number by web/e-mail you'll be able to send it via FAX.
The final total amount is due to the hotel/property at
check-in or check-out time.
In case of dely or departure before check out date the
hotel foresees the charge of 3 NIGHTS.
Modification and
Cancellation Requests
Once the reservation is confirmed and
approved, any modification or cancellation should be made contacting
Gardayou. Always mention your reservation number (which will be
released to you via e-mail).
Liability &
Issues
Gardayou acts only as a supplier for
marketing and reservation purposes and will help as possible in
solving issues between the user and the accommodation provider, but
will not be considered liable for them.
Gardayou is not part and is not involved
into the contract between guest and accommodation provider or hotel
owner.
