• At what time can we check-in and out?
  There isn't a precise time of arrival, but it is asked to inform about the time of your arrival.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room (2 persons).
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A self service breakfast is included. You will find coffee, tea, milk, fruit jam, yougurt, croissants etc.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, it is possible.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English,German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The B&B is located on the first floor of the building. 
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided and frequently changed.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, only one bedroom with a small balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we have not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
  There is a TV in the leaving room. No satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is the ceiling fun.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  There is the possibility to use the breakfast room on request.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we haven't.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a parking place close the b&b , Parking Paradiso.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are Avis and Hertz at the Airport or at Railway Station. Other agencies in town.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Verona Airport Catullo at 15 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  The owner can pick you at the train station of Verona P.ta Nuova for EURO 5,00.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  10 meters from the property.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Verona Porta Nuova at 1 km.
• How far away is the beach?
  Garda Lake at 25 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they hare.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, it is not possible.
