Here are the answers to some of the commonly asked questions:

• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check in time is at 5:00 PM, Check ou time is 11:00 AM.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per double room per day, for two persons. The price for the third bed is specified.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A breakfast is included, with a variety of jams, fruit, yougurth and homemade cakes. It is served in the living room, or in the small garden during summer.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, it is possible, a 30% down payment is required to secure reservation. The rest can be settled at your arrival. Remember that no credit card are accepted.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and Italian of course.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided. The linens are changed every three days and the towels every day.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they have not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we have not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
  There is not TV and satellite TV in rooms, there is a common relax room with a TV, satellite TV and reading room..
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is in every room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No there is not, the ancient walls however protect from heat.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes there is a ninenteen century walnut dining table, however remember there is not a kitchen.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There is web mail access from rooms, with your computer.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is plenty of space to park around the property. Possibility to park your car inside and outside the property.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are Avis and Hertz at the Airport or at Railway Station. Other agencies in town.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Verona Airport Catullo at 14 km, 10 minutes driving.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  The owner can picks up you at the airport, station or Fair of Verona on request.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Verona Porta Nuova at 10 minutes by bus, 9 Km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Unfortunately not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not. There are three restaurants with typical regional cooking at 1 km from the property.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, it is possible.
