Here are the answers to some of the commonly asked questions:

• At what time can we check-in and out?
  There isn't a precise time of arrival, altough rooms are not available before 15:30 the day of arrival and the rooms have to be left free at most at 10:30 the day of departure.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A buffet breakfast is included, also available in room upon request. The buffet has both sweet and salty dishes.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, it is possible.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German and French.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, the three rooms are finely refined.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided and changed two times a week.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they have not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we have not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
  There is not TV and satellite TV neither.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No there is not.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No there is a common living room, with a piano.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we haven't.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is plenty of public parking areas outside the property.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are Avis and Hertz at the Airport or at Railway Station. Other agencies in town.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Verona Airport Catullo at 15 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we have not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Quite close, 500 meters, from the property.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Verona Porta Nuova at 10 minutes by car, 20 minutes by public means of transport.
• How far away is the beach?
  Garda Lake at 45 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are, but only upon approval and thay are not admitted in common areas.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, it is not possible.
