Here are the answers to some of the commonly asked questions:

• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Late afternoon, between 4:00 and 8:00 pm.It is asked to inform about the time of your arrival one day before at least. Any arrival in an other period of the day must be previously agreed with the owners. Check-out is usually fixed at 10:45 a.m., so that we have the time to turn down the beds, clean and rearrange room and bathroom for our next guest. If needed, you can leave your bags in a designated room until 06:00 p.m. This room remains open at all times, so you leave the bags there under your personal responsibility. Take care of your goods.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room (2 persons).
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A continental breakfast is included. The breakfast is served between 8:15 a.m. and 9:30 a.m., after which, all the fixings will be available on the kitchen table should you miss the breakfast. Please, if possible, take your breakfast before 10:30 a.m., so we'll have enough time to clean and wash.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
   The bill must be settled on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The B&B is located on the first floor of the building. 
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided and frequently changed. While in the house is better if you use slippers. If you don’t have your owns, please use the slippers you'll find in the room, they are cleaned at every change of guest..
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they haven't.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have. The Bed&Breakfast Al Quadrifoglio is non smoking only.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
  There is a TV in the leaving room. No satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, without extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there isn't.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we haven't.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a private parking place one car only.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are Avis and Hertz at the Airport or at Railway Station. Other agencies in town.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Verona Airport Catullo at 15 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  The owner can pick you us at the train station of Verona P.ta Nuova on request and only for arrivals in the night.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  5 meters from the property.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Verona Porta Nuova at 4 km.
• How far away is the beach?
  Garda Lake at 25 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they aren't.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, it is not possible.
